At Formedics, we’re revolutionizing healthcare communication through cutting-edge technology and dynamic platforms. Our flagship properties include Physician’s Weekly, the largest point-of-care (POC) network, and Figure1, the leading app for healthcare professional (HCP) learning and collaboration. With our recent acquisitions of AMC Media Group and Mashup Media we now manage a diverse portfolio of 25 digital properties alongside 12 prominent medical society partnerships. Our AI/ML technology enables unrivaled targeting and impact for pharmaceutical and life science brands, shaping the future of healthcare engagement.

Role Overview

Formedics is seeking an exceptional Vice President (VP) to advance and innovate upon our leading collaboration platforms for health care professionals (HCPs). The VP role offers a unique opportunity to scale micro-communities in key therapeutic areas and enable meaningful conversations among healthcare providers. As part of the leadership team, the VP will own the product and editorial strategy for Formedics’ digital opinion leader (DOL) led social product offerings. They will leverage Figure1’s rich capabilities and deep case library, combined with Mashup’s curation tools and targeted social feeds. They will manage editorial efforts to build community engagement in prioritized specialties and therapeutic areas. The VP will also build out quarterly product roadmaps that deliver measurable impact via HCP-to-HCP deep engagements.

Candidates must be comfortable leading by influence and working cross-functionally – both with internal stakeholders, including sales and audience, as well as with societies and other key external strategic partners. They should be creative and flexible, taking pride in identifying, developing, and delivering new social products. Success is measured through increased adoption of and engagement with Figure 1 and the community tools across the Formedics ecosystem.

If you’re a proven social product leader ready to take on a high-impact leadership role with transformative potential, we encourage you to apply and join us in redefining the future of healthcare content.
