About the Role
The Email Marketing Manager is a newly created position tasked with leading the migration and consolidation of our email programs to the Iterable platform. This role is responsible for developing the strategy and handling the execution of our email platform including optimized templates, journeys, and segmentation as we scale to maximize our engagement and retention programs for HCPs.
We are seeking a data-driven professional with a focus on HCP audiences and, ideally, deep expertise in Iterable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and ROI, exceptional prioritization and multitasking abilities, and a proactive, “can-do” attitude. Success in this role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously and thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
This person will be responsible for optimizing the HCP journeys through strategizing and driving the execution of engagement, retention, and monetization flows. This includes touchpoints in relation to re-engagement, activation, onboarding, and identifying opportunities to test new customer flows.
- Utilizing our customer engagement platform, Iterable, develop and execute comprehensive HCP marketing journeys that drive and increase in engagement, activity, and business impact. Create responsive email templates that are visually appealing and follow our brand guidelines.
- Analyze email campaign performance data to determine the best cadence of communications to our customers, weighing audience engagement and conversions with negative indicators like unsubscribes and churn.
- Using data to identify trends to build the audience segmentation strategy around who we message, when we message them, and the cadence at which we do, to maximize long-term retention.
- Build and manage a small team of email marketers ensuring that the roadmap of campaigns and projects are prioritized against business needs and impact.
- Monitor email deliverability metrics and implement strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
