Formedics is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Planning Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the sales team by assisting with various pre-sales tasks, including contract and insertion order reviews, preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs) for media programs, and helping with pricing configurations. You will also assist in estimating audience engagement, ensuring that proposals are well-structured and aligned with client needs. Attention to detail and proficiency in Excel will be essential to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract & Insertion Order Reviews: Assist with reviewing and organizing contracts and insertion orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Request for Proposals (RFP) Support: Help prepare and assemble Request for Proposals (RFPs) for media programs, collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams.
- Pricing Configurations: Assist with the creation and maintenance of pricing configurations for media programs, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
- Audience Engagement Estimation: Help estimate audience engagement for media campaigns, working with the sales team to identify the best metrics and tools for measurement.
- Pre-Sales Support: Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team during day-to-day presales efforts, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth workflows and timely deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to review contracts, insertion orders, and other documentation with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
- Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with formulas, data analysis, and creating reports.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Media Agency: Experience working with a media agency or in a media planning or buying role is a plus.
- Familiarity with Media Metrics: Basic understanding of digital media and point of care media.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
